Spam Mails in Queue Viewer

Hi,

I want to block some external emails that are get in to the Exchange Server, I see a lot of emails in the Queue Viewer and this is causing a high CPU.

In Queue Viewer I see a lot of spam mails with Retry status. How can I delete them and block this emails.

Please Help.

Exchange has some spam filtering capability but you should not be using it as a spam filter. Considering using an edge server or third party spam filtering service. That's your best route.
