Go to AD users computers. Do search; find drop down; choose custom
search; click advanced tab.

(&(objectClass=publicfolder)(proxyAddresses=smtp:publicfolderemail*))

Well, if you are lazy and you know the SMTP address, you can simply
send that address an email from Outlook with a delivery receipt. The
reciept will contain the name of the folder.
